"It actually helped my "itchy scalp""
I was surprised by how well this worked. My scalp felt less itchy quickly, and the flakes cleared up faster than I expected. Definitely a "nice surprise" for me.

"Return was easy, refund was fast"
I returned my order i was expecting it to be a whole hassle. But nope, the process was easy and the refund came through quickly. I went from annoyed to impressed real fast.

Support did reply, so I guess that part was fine, but it was definitely a bit slower than I expected. Not a huge problem, just something I noticed.

I have thick curls and my partner has fine hair, and somehow Jupiter has been working well for both of us. My scalp feels calmer, and my hair doesn’t feel weighed down at all. it just makes sense to use something that keeps things balanced without making your hair feel heavy or overdone

I picked up Jupiter because the ingredients actually looked clean and not packed with a million weird things, which felt like a miracle. After a few weeks, my scalp feels SO much better, like it finally calmed down and stopped declaring war on me. The smell is really nice too, fresh but not overpowering, which I appreciate because I cannot handle products that make my whole bathroom smell like a perfume explosion.

Compared to how my scalp was before, the dandruff is way better now. I still get itchy some days, so it’s not perfect, but overall it’s been a noticeable improvement...

"Actually made my hair softer"
I didn’t expect much, since a lot of hair products seem to make big promises and then barely do anything. But after a few washes, my hair does feel softer and it’s way easier to brush through. Kind of makes me wonder what was in the stuff I was using before. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Nice lather and easy to rinse"
This lathers well, so I don’t have to use a ton of it, and it rinses off easily without leaving that slippery feeling. I do wish it foamed just a little more, but overall it feels nice and gets the job done.

Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but, the package did show up in good condition. The tracking didn’t update much, either, so I was kind of just waiting around and guessing, for a while.

"Helped a lot, but wondering if anyone else still gets occasional itchiness"
I’ve been using Jupiter for a few weeks now, and the itch has gotten way better. It’s not completely gone every single day, but it’s definitely a lot less annoying than before. Shipping was smooth too, no issues there. I’m taking off one star just because it feels a little pricey. Has anyone else had it help a lot but still get a bit of itchiness here and there?

"Surprisingly gentle on my sensitive skin"
I have sensitive skin and usually end up itchy or red from trying new products, but this one was actually fine for me. No burning, no weird redness, and my skin didn’t freak out after using it. It did take a little while before I noticed results, so I wouldn’t call it perfect, but I’m still happy with it overall. I’d probably buy it again, especially since I’d rather not deal with customer service unless I absolutely have to.

Ordering was okay overall, but the checkout felt slower than it should’ve. The site worked, so I got through it, but whoever runs this should really clean up that part of the process

I noticed results quicker than I expected with Hello Jupiter. It definitely wasn’t some overnight miracle, but things started getting better fast, if that makes sense, and that made me want to stick with it. The site was easy enough to use too, so overall I’m happy with how soon I saw a difference.

It works good overall and I do notice less buildup, so that’s nice. But it still leaves some residue sometimes, so it’s not totally perfect for me.

"Finally helped my dry, itchy scalp"
My scalp gets so dry and itchy, especially after showers, and products like this usually all feel the same to me. But Jupiter actually helped a lot. After a couple washes my scalp felt way more hydrated instead of tight and flaky. Pretty much anyone dealing with dry scalp knows how annoying it is, so I’m really happy this worked for me

"Packed well, even if the box had been through it"
I’ll be honest, I usually don’t put much stock in all the polished “we care about your order” kind of wording companies use, but in this case the packaging actually did its job. The outside box looked a little rough from shipping, but nothing inside was leaking, smashed, or messed up. There was maybe more filler than needed, but overall everything felt protected and arrived safely
